RETURN POLICY

• There are no returns or exchanges. Each product is made specifically to order. The customer should ensure the selected product is the correct size and color before placing an order.

 HOW OUR MADE TO ORDER DROPS WORK

• Depending on what you ordered, your order may arrive in separate packages. Most items come from different places and therefore will arrive at your shipping address in separate packages. 
• ALL products are sourced from manufacturers that specialized and each specific category. Many of these manufacturers will produce the product and ship the product to you. Most of these products are created on demand, specifically for you when your order is placed. This method allows Warriors and Rogues to grow quicker as a brand and offer a wide range of products as it eliminates the need to invest large amount of money into inventory.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
